Mr. Christopher Lee McKee Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. Christopher Lee McKee, 46, passed away on July 25, 2022 at Merritt Hospital in Jackson. Christopher Lee McKee was born on September 16, 1975, in Starkville, to Jimmy McKee and Beverly Hamilton Toche. Chris worked as an Electrical Refrigeration Technician for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and singing karaoke. He was always up for a good meal and a good time. He loved to see a rainbow. He married Jeree McKee on February 9, 2014, in Ocean Springs. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Talmage and Jessie Hamilton, his paternal grandparents, Dutch and Helen McKee, and a brother, Greg McKee. Visitation will be Sunday, July 31, 2022, from 12:00-2:00 P.M. at Calvert Funeral Home in West Point. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. from Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Hamilton officiating and assisted by Reverend Raleigh Richter and Brother Terry Rhodes. Burial will follow in Pheba Cemetery in Pheba. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Jeree McKee: two daughters, Maddy McKee and Mollie Forimac: four sons, Gregory McKee, Dayton McKee, Dannie Storie, and Chase Forimac: mother, Beverly Toche (Perry) of Biloxi: father, Jimmy McKee (Stacy) of Pheba: two sisters, Haley McKee Davis and Jessica Toche: two brothers, Bo McKee (Ronda) and Perry Toche, Jr. (Julie): grandmother, Barbara Blansett: two nieces: Lundyn Davis and Justice Touche: three nephews, Jay McKee (Anna Leslie), Jamie McKee (Karley) and Jett Davis, and a special canine companion, Rocco. Pallbearers will be Jayson Wathern, Jay McKee, Jamie McKee, Lane McKee, Jason Blakely, Brent Miles, Wade Miles, Ryan Moore and Ray Hamilton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Angelo Jones, Kyle Cruso, Matt Davis, Todd Hamilton, Clint Hamilton, Carlton Rhodes and members of the 16th Section Hunting Club.
