Mrs. White Stafford Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sue White Stafford, 78, passed away, on Friday, January 4, 2013 at The Carrington Nursing Center, in Starkville. Lillie Sue Boyce Stafford was born August 28, 1934 in Chickasaw County to the late Nancy Bell Huffman and James Rupert Boyce Mrs. Stafford worked in the Clay County Schools Cafeteria for 20 years and was a member of Pheba Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husbands, Charles D. White, William Howard Brand and Bennie E. Stafford. Funeral services will be Monday, January 7, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Terry Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Pheba Cemetery Pheba, MS. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Watson (Fred) of Durant; one son, Danny White (Merline) of Pheba; two granddaughters, Lillie Fuller and Jana Leigh White; two sisters, Nancy Morris of West Point, and Janice Millsaps (Tommy) of Pheba. She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Marlee and Daniele White; sisters, Emma Mae Blansett, Della Fitzpatrick and Lucy Jeannette Weed. Pallbearers will be Bubba White, Robert Parker, Carl Weed, Runal White, Ray Weed, Mike Salmon, Bilbo McNeel, and Cody Parker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Men of the Pheba Baptist Church, Men of Adult II Sunday School Class, Friends in the Pheba Community, & the caregivers at the Carrington Nursing Center. Memorials may be made to Pheba Cemetery Care Fund, c/o Mrs. Becky McNeel, P. O. Box 23, Pheba, MS 39755. Visitation will be Monday, 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home.
