Mr. Benny Frank Hill

Mr. Benny Frank Hill, 62, passed away on June 28, 2017, at his residence in Montpelier. Mr. Benny was born on September 13, 1954, in West Point, the son of Frank Hill and the late Mildred Mae Coggins Bowman. He was an Electrician having worked for A&H Electrical and Jody's Plumbing and was also a Overland Truck Driver. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. from Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in West Point. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include His daughter, Jodie Michelle Hill of Baton Rouge, LA: His Father Frank Hill of Montpelier: His Two Sisters, Sharon Hill and Joyce Tharpe, both of Montpelier: His brother, Thomas Hill of West Point: Half-Brother: Charles Thornton of Montpelier, and his Canine Companion, Lucas. Pallbearers will be Mike Coggins, Eddie Bock, Roy Brand, Richard Coggins, Ronnie Henley, and Charles Thornton. Honorary Pallbearers will be The Nurses and Staff of Kindred Hospice. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38015-1942. Visitation will be Friday 5:00-8:00 at Calvert Funeral Home.
