Mrs. Debra Kay White Lowther Obituary (1957

Mrs. Debra Kay White Lowther, 60, passed away on February 23, 2018, at her home in West Point. Mrs. Kay was born May 11, 1957, in West Point, the daughter of the late Thomas Cleveland and Maeola Upchurch White. She worked in the Bacon Room at Bryan Foods and later in the cafeteria at Hebron Christian School. Through her work in the cafeteria, she found inspiration being around the children, but her greatest accomplishment was the love and care she provided her daughter Kayla Marie. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in West Point. Funeral services will be Monday, February 26, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. from Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Smith officiating and assisted by Mr. Johnny Hamblin. Burial will follow in Memorial Garden Cemetery in West Point. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include Her Daughter, Kayla Marie Lowther; Her Son, Justin Michael Lowther; Her Two Sisters, Shirley Sanders and Gail Hamblin (Johnny) all of West Point; Her Eight Brothers, Donald E. Conn (Sharon) of Shelby, NC, Cleo Conn (Joyce) of Lillian, AL, Gene White (Pat) of Troy, AL, Billy White (Beverly) of West Point, Harold White (Denise) of Lynchburg, VA, Larry Joe White, Ray White, and Doug White (Tracy) of West Point; and a number of Nieces, Nephews, and other Extended Family. Pallbearers will be Brian White, Tim White, Adam White, Shawn White, Joseph White, Taggart White, Dade Hamblin, and Jacob Davis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Justin's Co-Workers at Mossy Oak, Her Former Co-Workers at Hebron Christian School, Her Church Family at Trinity Baptist Church, Her Many Friends at Hebron Baptist Church, and the Nurses and Staff of Kindred Hospice.
