Mr. H. M. Thompson Obituary (1946

Mr. H.M. Thompson, 69, passed away on April 5, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Mr. H.M. was born May 16, 1946, in West Point, the son of the late Lee and Mae Olga Cliett Thompson. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He taught Agriculture at Rosedale High School in Merigold for many years. He was also a self-employed carpenter. He attended Palestine United Methodist Church. Memorial services will be Thursday, April 7, 2016, at 12:00 Noon from Palestine United Methodist Church near Montpelier with Reverend Eddie Brock officiating. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include His Son, Gray Thompson (Hannah) of Montpelier; Two Step-Daughters: Cindy Petrovich of Fairview, NC, and Gena Oakes of Greer, SC, and One Step-Son: Austin Cartwright (Bonnie) of Greer, SC; and Cousin: Janice May (Ubes) of West Point.
